Hey guys good morning so this is the first day I just woke up it's horrible i sound hurt my throat is still bothering me but maybe that hot lemon water will help so i am going to begin my weeks of just a little bit of emotion of triumph of just encouraging others to get through this journey with me and so today I'm starting the dr oz total 10 rapid weight loss diet and basically in the first two weeks you supposed to lose around 10 pounds on average cut out dairy carbs gluten alcohol caffeine except you get green tea and you get a cup of coffee and then you have your able to have Greek yogurt. So let's hope this works for me i know that i tried it last year and it really made me feel tons better. It's just cutting out all that stuff that you love is so hard but you know what if we want to get healthier this is what we have to do right so. Thanks for being my support and which we live bye Ok so here we are in my bathroom and we're going to get on the dreaded scale i am really disappointed in myself but you know what we're going to start over and lose some weight so here we go get on the scale the first day of the doctor oz diet for 2015 january fourth 01 89.2 folks know that is not good not good at all. I gained too much weight it's got to stop my lemon and heated at my water and i'm going to put half of a lemon into my top so that i can sip on that this morning to get my metabolism going this is the lime squeezer but this is what i have so I'm going to squeeze it with this lime squeezer. I mean and then i also added lemon juice to that and so it is really flavorful actually and i'm going to dig in because i am hungry and all right so we'll show you dinner tonight so for dinner.

I sauteed chicken breast and olive oil and remove from the pan added mushrooms and onions and sauté those i put the chicken back into the pan and I cooked that with 12 cups of vegetable broth and simmer that on low for about 20 minutes until it's cooked through and then i added Greek yogurt to the sauce and a side of salad and green beans with my homemade dressing and everybody so we are about to go to bed and today is in a really good day i did a really good job only thing is I didn't exercise but tomorrow I'm going to go to the gym i'm going to commit to going to zzz and thursdays to the gym and then maybe I'll do some sort of like a home workout routine on the other days just so that I'm not putting too much on myself right away and I can actually like I plan to do will be accomplished and I don't try to do too much and fail i just have my detox bath and it was really relaxing and i think i'm going to really look forward to having a bath every night just setting aside that extra time for myself to just relax and like let go of any stresses that I had for the day so hopefully tomorrow will be a good day and I will be back to write.
